Neighborhood Reptiles: Meet your Neighbors
Available for 4th & 5th Grade
Neighborhood Reptiles is a one-of-a-kind science education program that introduces San Francisco Bay Area youth to local habitats and the snakes, lizards & turtles who share them with us.
Our program introduces scientific concepts foundational to future STEM careers with curriculum in alignment with NGSS and Common Core standards. Our digital curriculum, which includes videos, activities and worksheets is now FREE for everyone.
Hands-On Presentation
Bring the program to life by adding our in-person interactive presentation to engage students with live, safe-to-handle native snakes and experienced educators. Bilingual and all Spanish presentations available.

Last school year (23/24), our Neighborhood Snakes & Reptile programs served 1,682 students at Richmond public schools, programs that were free of charge to the schools and students. This was possible with the incredible support from the ECIA Community Grant Program, the Richmond Fund for Children and Youth (RFCY) and supporters like you!
